CONSULTANT (C-01)

 
Job Summary:
   

Handles and manages 1 - 2 strategic management and/ or HR-related projects at one time, to ensure that clients needs are met appropriately and timely

Acts as a team member in delivering small to medium sized projects
   
Requirement:
 
Education & Experience:
Degree holder from a reputable local/ overseas university.
Min. 5 years work experience as a consultant or practitioner from reputable companies. With at least 1 – 2 years experience in managing team or subordinates.
   
Knowledge & Skills:
Fluent in English both oral and written
Skills in operating computer (i.e. Ms. Office, Project Management Program)
Skills in people management
Skills in project management
Business process understanding

SALARY SURVEY ANALYST / COMPENSATION & BENEFIT ANALYST (C-03)
   
Job Summary:

Perform data cleaning, analysis and reporting in accordance with the agreed timeframe

Present results to client as requested

Prepare survey toolkit accurately

Work closely with survey coordinator in terms of delivering analysis timely and accurately to clients

Handle client complaints/inquiries appropriately

Acts as a team member, and supports other consultants in performing their works

 

 

Requirements:
   
Education & Experiences:
Degree holder from a reputable local or overseas university
3 years working experience in research/analysis related work field, preferably from market research or salary survey or compensation & benefits analysis

Good knowledge of statistics

Experience:
Min. 2 – 3 years working experience in the related area from reputable companies or public accounting firms.
   
Knowledge & skills:
Communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Good knowledge in Indonesian accounting system, and tax regulations
Computer skills, able to operate Ms. Office, and any of accounting and finance analysis program

Licenced Psychological from HIMPSI
