The Reward Management modules are as follows : Job Measurement & Job Grading

	a.	Job Measurement , which is a tool to measure the existing jobs fairly and consistently.
	b.	Job Grading , which is a transparent grading structure with all evaluated jobs allocated to the appropriated grade.

Reward Analysis & Design

	a.	Salary Administration , which is a process to analyse the existing salary practices, bonuses, allowances and all kinds of benefits to obtain comprehensive and reliable information.
	b.	Salary Structure . We help clients to develop a new competitive, fair, transparent and easy-to-manage salary structure derived from the reward principle and strategy.
	c.	Reward Structure is a design of a comprehensive reward structure that consists of base salary, other cash component, benefits and performance driven salary progression, which is based on the external market data.
	d.	Incentive/Bonus Scheme is an attractive scheme that drives performance, and enhances the company in achieving the objective.

Training

Training & Development

Consulting Group offers a wide-ranging variety of Human Resources and Non-Human Resources workshops that will make your organisation accounted for more.

Held within 1-3 days, each workshop is facilitated by 1-2 consultants, who are experts in the respective areas.

Each class will be effective with 15-20 participants, depending on the nature of the workshop.

In-house Workshops If a company decides to send many employees to the same workshop, it is recommended to run the workshop internally. We will prepare and modify the material to suit the real and special needs of the company. Again, in order to maintain effectiveness, we suggest that each workshop be participated by 15-20 people.
